Just got back from doctor's visit. Am NOT cleared to go back until aug. 7.
Jeers: Blood pressure came down, not as much as it was on Saturday (124/90) but it's somewhat down (148/86). My goal is 110/80. So, they've switched me to different meds.
Cheers: Dropped 2 lbs. :)

why go back at all?
You can't go back there...if its making you sick, you need to quit.
